Express Local Delivery — R70
Need it quickly? We offer an express local delivery option for R70, available within a 70km radius of Port Elizabeth.
- Flat rate: R70 (within 70km from Port Elizabeth).
- Same-day / next-day depends on cutoff time and route scheduling.
- We’ll confirm availability and delivery timeframe before dispatch.

Warranty, Returns & Repairs
All hardware supplied by Zentix IT Solutions is sourced from authorized South African distributors and carries the official manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1–3 years, supported locally in Gqeberha).
- Non-defective returns must be initiated within 7 days and items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved non-defective returns.
- Defective goods are sent for technical assessment in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
- Warranty excludes damage from power surges, lightning, liquid, or improper installation.
- Repairs carry a 3-month warranty (parts/labour specific). Diagnostic fees apply and are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds/credits are processed on Fridays after supplier authorization.
